We have just returned from staying at this hotel. It was more than we expected. The hotel itself is set in the village and is very clean and well maintained. The mariners are lovely to walk round and are surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The food in the hotel was good and my husband being a veggie never had any... More

We had a lively holiday. The hotel us clean and well maintained. All the facilities are good. We did have issues with our room after an upgrade which were resolved quickly. We found all the staff friendly and helpful. Must mention Juan and Jose in the Pure Bar and Angelina in the mercado buffet. Always had a smile and looked... More

We travelled to Catalonia Yucatan with 8 friends in May 2014. We have never been to Mexico before and really enjoyed it. The room we got was great but 2 beds a bit bigger than singles but it was too hot to sleep together anyways. The bel boy could not do enough for us. Our room also had an ironing... More

We have just returned from 11 nights at this hotel. We paid £2000 and booked through Thomas Cook. The room was average with a tv and air con but no fridge or kettle etc you only get those if you upgrade. Our room was 1117 which looked a little tired and in need of a revamp although it was very... We arrived around lunchtime. Had to wait a couple of hours to check in. They held luggage at the front until the room was ready. Packed beachwear on carry on as we didn't want to just sit around and wait. Buffet was open. Not packed at all for lunch. There were two, one with a/c and one without. With a/c... More

Just arrived home from an amazing stay at this resort, my partner and I could find very few faults. The main fault was our own in not staying for longer! There seems to be something for everyone, we took advantage of the snorkelling and the kayaking which cost nothing, we spent time on the beach which is beautiful even if... More

Just come back from a lovely week at this hotel, Japanese Mexican and italian restaurant are all worth a Visit! Only down sides are rooms are basic and some bars are only for 'privileged guests' and beach is man made so quite rocky underfoot. Fantastic holiday all in all

Hi, this was our 2nd time in as many years to this Great Resort. Most of the staff were all the same and remembered us from the year before which was really nice. From the check in to the checkout we were always treated to smiles and just a warm appreciation for our stay! We can't say enough about all... More
