I have just read a review, that commented on the food saying that it was terrible, all i can say is that they must have eaten elsewhere, what rubbish. We ate at the Ribs n more, also all the others which were situated at the white sands or collonial which is adjacent and i have to say the food was... more

We booked for Riviera (as it was not possible to book White Sand from Holland), but we got a room in White Sand because of the flu and the low occupancy as the result of it. First we got a room in villa 56 with a view to nothing, which was quite disappointing, as we were on honeymoon and hoped... more

I agree with most everything in the comments for the past 2-3 months. Just to add/confirm: Guessing 25% occupancy. So no issues with lines or waiting for anything. Can't imagine anywhere that would have better facilities and so well laid out. The cleanliness and upkeep was outstanding. The grounds were great. Employees were very helpful and well dressed. No issues... more

First off, if you are nervous about H1N1, please do not let it stop you. We were considering postponing since we have a 16 month old, but decided to go. Once we arrived health officials did take all our temps and again before issuing our boarding passes. I only saw one person with a mask on at the airport. As... more

The grounds are amazing and the property is well maintained by the management. Whoever designed this resort is a true visionary. This resort would have been my favorite all-inclusive I have been to except for the unfortunate fact that the food is terrible. I don't have much to add to the many other reviews about how nice the property was,... more

We just got back from a week at the Palladium White Sand and our experience overall was excellent. Since we like quietness, having so few people at the resort was great. There was never a wait at a restaurant even though they only had 4 a la carte restaurants and one buffet restaurant open. One night we went to the... more

My husband and I got married on May 2nd. Unfortunately the swine flu epidemic broke out about a week before. We went around and around deciding if we would go or not, in the end we did decide to go and were so ecstatic that we did! First of all, let me say that we never felt in danger at... more

First, i will start off by saying that I am not an easy-going and easy to please person. I am picky and have been used to luxurious resorts and good food. This resort, including its amenities, staff, food, and overall services just blew me away. It was by far the best vacation I've ever had with no complaints whatsoever. Room:... more

Four of us traveled to the White Sands April 14-21. As a little background, my husband and I have been to the Riviera Maya 5 times, and have stayed at 7 AI's. I will break the review into sections so you can skip to the parts that interest you. Front Desk-Thanks to really slow service by Apple Vacations, we arrived... more

My husband and I stayed at the Grand Palladium White Sand from 04/14/09 to 04/23/09. Arrival: Cancun airport is very nice & customs are as professional as can be. Transfer with Vacation Express/Best Day Travel in Cancun was painless. No timeshare sharks or delays. Bus ride was for 1.45 hours with two extra stops to drop off people in other... more
