I just returned from the Tropical Beach for 6 nights 2/17-2/23. We were traveling with a 3 and 5 year old. The best part about the resort is the kid water park. They had a blast. We Returned for our stay at the Barcelo Tropical on Feb 20th/2010 and had an excellent week. The service was very good except for the bar service. I think they need more staff / bartenders working as you had a lengthy wait most times to get served unless you went out of the way to go to a lobby bar... more
