Just got back today from a great 7 day stay at the Baar Cell Lo (like Barcelona). This was the toughest planned trip ever. The swine flu scare is just that, a scare created by the media. We stayed at the Barcelo Tropical June 4-12 and a very nice stay. Got off to a rough start with one of the three rooms we had not having very good a/c. Got it worked out, but had to march up to the front desk and get grumpy with the staff. Staff needs customer service training in the worst way.... more
