We stayed here for a week in March 2008 and were terribly dissappointed. We have stayed in Riviera Maya and Cancun previous years and have loved the resorts. Our group of 10 just returned from a wonderful week at this resort. We've had great experiences with Sunscape, and this is no exception. The accommodations, service and food were excellent. An added plus was the on-site marina where we visited the dolphins on a daily basis, and even got to see a couple of newborns swim with their mothers.... more

Ok, where do I begin..let's start with the leaky disgusting toilet that made the floor in the bathroom a swimming pool. Then there was the horrible host at the "Italian restaurant" that kept telling us that we had to wait an hour to be seated, yet there were 5 tables available in front of my face. Upon arriving at Sunscape I was impressed. We were greeted with rum punch, the hotel grounds and lobby were very beautiful and check in was smooth. The beach is beautiful and easy to swim in most days, though the ocean did get rough while we were there, the sunscape is still in a protected area to allow for some swimming.... more

We took our 4 adult children, their spouses and 9 grandchildren, ages 15 down to 20 month old twins to this resort to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We had a wonderful time.
