Just returned from a 10 day trip with husband and adult son and daughter. We went with thomson and paid nearly £5000 for the trip. We stayed in standard rooms in the colonial. My wife and I are big fans of Mexico but this is the second Grand Palladium we've stayed at in as many years and they were both awful. The desk staff were very rude, the bar staff rude and dirty ( letting young girls drink from the bottles at the swim up bar or pouring beers over their fingers ).... more
