we enjoyed our stay very much. the hotel complex was clean and very very efficently run, there was staff everywhere. the hotel was not busy only about half full, so we ate at the al la carte restaurants most nights. the meals all seem to have broccoli or cauliflower with them even when having a steak. make sure you ask... more

Just returned from my third AI stay in the Cancun area in the last 5 years and must admit this resort was the best value for the money. The Grand Palladium was very clean and the price was good for the size of the facility and all of its amenities. I paid just over a $1000 for the entire week... more

My husband and I and another couple stayed at the Grand Palladium from Sept. 12 to Sept. 19, 2009. We have stayed at the Grand Palladium before and we love the resort. Check in was quick and we were upgraded to a Junior Suite in Building 20 on the Colonial side. Very convenient location for the beach, main pool, adult... more

The hotel is nice, food was good, very clean, and entertainment was okay. But, the biggest disappointment was the beach - a lot of rocks on the bottom of a very shallow ocean. Much better beach is nearby (left of Palladium) at one old abandoned hotel. A short walk and one can enjoy in a wanderfull clean and sandy beach,... more

We traveled August 9-17, 2009. There were 4 adults and 4 children ages 9-16. Everyone had a good time and the vacation was a great value... couldn't be beat! I highly recommend the resort with its beautiful beaches to any family who likes some activity and a beautiful beach and pool. The food was good and we tried most restaurants... more

My Husband and I presented our 18 year old daughter with a High School graduation trip. We traveled to Riviera Maya August 2-6, 2009. The Colonial hotel section was nice. 4 nights was the right amount of time. I liked the idea how you could share services/restaurants with the other side. We really enjoyed the fact that our room was... more

My partner and I stayed at the Colonial in the last week of September. All I can say is what a beautiful hotel and the fact you can use all the facilities in all four hotels is great. I have stayed in the various places in the Caribbean and this place is just as good. I found the staff to... more

Absolutely terrible.. massive facilities, no one to help you when you need them to, completely impersonal.. there´s not one single thing in the hotel that might make me go back, not even the price which I suppose it´s the reason they still get costumers... cheap middle class tourism... I had things stolen from my room, nobody took responsibility, it´s as... more

We have recently returned from a wonderful family holiday on this lovely part of Mexico. The hotel , staff and locals were all very helpful and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The only negative side of the holiday is the holiday company we booked our trip with, if I could give anyone some sound advise is to try... more
