PROS: The resort is beautiful. The grounds are kept nicely. The beach area at night under the stars with the moon on the waves is so gorgeous it's overwhelming. The Spa was truly delightful- great couple's massage with private jacuzzi time, and the Spa pool was private, practically deserted, and filled with awesome water fountains. Loved it. We took the... more

This place was an ok resort. First when we got off the plane we had to take a taxi that cost us 120.00 us dollars. (Later I found it should have only been 65.00) The ride was an hour and 20 minutes, not 40 minutes, like they said when I booked it. When we checked in, I found that All-inclusive... more

The rooms were standard but always kept lovely and clean with fresh towels given everyday. The staff were really friendly and really good to get along with. This was my first time to an all inclusive so here goes. Staff- is generally friendly. There are some staff who are unfriendly but for the most part they... more

This hotel is in an excellent location for going out and exploring the area. The marina which is a couple of hundred metres from the hotel has shops and a marina with dolphins and sea lions.. well worth a visit. You are also only 20 minutes from the resort of playa del carmen which is fantastic for nightlife, shopping and... more

Arrived back from Catalonia two weeks ago and i want to go straight back i loved it. I have read some reviews and I don't understand what people are complaining about. Firstly the food is amazing, there is so much variety that even the fussiest eater will not go hungry. The al a carte restaurants are lovely and food equally... more

Had a fab time. Great food, staff and accomodations. Lovely beach. Went to Akumal and swam with the turtles and to Hidden Worlds for zipline adventure. Blast. My teenage sons, 19 and 15 loved the CAT and so did my 11yr old daughter. Don't book tours with you travel company/worryfree. Too expensive. Book online before you go. WIll go back... more
