We just returned from Aventura Cove. We had a very nice time and the hotel was beautiful but the occupancy was very, very low which kind of made it boring. Dining and bars were limited because there were just not the people to warrant having them open. The place was huge but because we had children (14, 15 and 11)... more

We decided to stay at the cove for the incentives that were being offered. I read the reviews and had mixed feelings but we decided to stay anyway and what a treat! The resort is beautifully maintained and the service was top notch. The resort was empty but this only made it a more wonderful experience. My children aged 13... more

We were somewhat hesitant to choose a hotel with so few reviews but are glad we did! Adventure Cove Palace it is a very lovely hotel. The grounds are lush and beautiful, the main buildings are gorgeous and decorated in traditional but elegant mexican style. The rooms are nicely appointed, lovely decor, nice tv, bar, mini fridge, The Jacuzzi rooms... more

The hotel is divided into two parts, one is for families (cove) and the other one is for couples only (spa). In the cove only two restaurants worked and you cannot go with your kids to the other side where the other restaurants are. The double beds are not queens, then we had problems to accomodate our family, the hotel... more

I will try to be fair, but after expend almost $ 8000 in a family vacations for a week on the beach you will expect at least beach. Wrong. There is not beach. The hotel is almost empty, the rooms are minimum, we took the family category, almost blind because in the web site there is not a floor plan... more

We just returned from a trip to the "new" Aventra Cove Palace. (Up until April, it had been a part of the adults-only Aventura Spa Palace.) We were travelling with our two children - ages 5 and 8 - and our parents. Three generations of vactioners - and three generations had a superb time! We had no trouble with our... more

We are currently staying at the Aventura Cove and thoroughly enjoying it! It is very empty, which my 11, 12, and 14 year old love. There is no wait to do anything and the staff is always available. At this point, this is not a resort for teens because there are so few teens here, but if you are looking... more

i stopped by ACP to change and shower after an excursion to Akumal beach. We asked for use of a hopitality sutie. Front desk was freindly and gave us a key to a room for a couple of hours to change before we ate. The room was two double beds and kind of cramped for space. If I were to... more
