The hotel has changed name, now is Real Inn. Location is good just for business. There is a sport club next to the hotel and you are permitted to enter. The pool is inside the club, you need to walk to get there, it is a five minutes walk. The room is dark, there is not enough lights. If you... More

Great service. Location is very convenient. Access to a great sports club (La Loma). Food is ok. Business center very convenient. Only issue are pillows (to hard ones and no alternatives to choose from). Definitively I will come back next time I visit San Luis Potosí

Hotel service leaves a lot to be desired, but pricing is ok and the facilities are clean. The real benefit comes from having access to the las lomas sport center next door. A great sport area with tennis courts, soccer, indoor and outdoor pools, full gym, etc etc. The hotel is no longer named Camino Real, the new name is... More

The first impression and last you get of a hotel are the check-in and check-out procedures. After repeated stays at this hotel since 2008 , 2010 and 2012 i can say it : this is one of the hotels where i have experienced the WORST check-in and check-out experiences in my life: (And since 2008 i see the same faces... Traveled through SLP on way from TX to Puerto Vallarta and was very pleased with the Real Inn. The property was renovated March 2012 and is very chic - marble flooring, pleasing paint and linens, modern lobby. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have large showers with clear glass doors. The entire property was very clean. We did not... More

I stayed at this hotel for business reason it has very good internet speed and it close to many places. The accommodations are good the bathroom is clean and the room is also very clean, the only concern to me was the bed is a little to soft but that just may be me, the buffet has a nice selection... This hotel is off highway 57 Good breakfast food choices (hot potato cakes, sausages, fresh fruit, beans, soup, cereal) Comfortable beds and clean rooms Close to airport, nice view of mountains No gym onsite, however amazing facility within walking distance (La Loma) Swimming, tennis, volleyball, free weights, machines for running, squash courts, sauna all included Fairly quiet though pretty busy... I visit SLP often for business and have tried various hotels in the area. Although this one doesn't have the US Name recognition, I find that this hotel is super sharp in modern decor, reasonable breakfast buffet and access to La Loma Club which is what ultimately sets this one apart. Given the security concerns for travelers in the Mexico... More

I was there for business purposes, attending a wine show. Though the hotel was full, all the staff was extremely kind. The hotel was very clean, fresh smell everywhere. The beds are just amazing! you really sleep like a baby! Food was also very well, very quick room service attention... everything was excellent! Congratulations!

The rooms are very cozy and very nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable as well. The service is excellent: every time you need something, the issue is solved with a smile and efficiency. Try to take care of the facilities though: the carpets look already so so, even though the hotel is not old. Internet is ridiculously expensive!
