Although this one doesn't have the US Name recognition, I find that this hotel is super sharp in modern decor, reasonable breakfast buffet and access to La Loma Club which is what ultimately sets this one apart. I was there for business purposes, attending a wine show. Though the hotel was full, all the staff was extremely kind. The hotel was very clean, fresh smell everywhere. The beds are just amazing! you really sleep like a baby! Food was also very well, very quick room service attention... everything was excellent! Congratulations!

The rooms are very cozy and very nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable as well. The service is excellent: every time you need something, the issue is solved with a smile and efficiency. Try to take care of the facilities though: the carpets look already so so, even though the hotel is not old. Internet is ridiculously expensive!

The rooms were great, as was the service. However, the food was terrible. Didn't have a single good meal there. The location is on the very edge of town, making it pretty far from any points of interest.

I chose this hotel for the location and have no regrets. All employees were very attentive and helpful. My family and I arrived at 10 am and were allowed entry at that time, something not often allowed by most hotels. The room was clean and had a fantastic view
