After reading the review of this hotel, I called it directly and booked a room for 2 nights. The reservation desk guy didn't speak much English but I knew enough Spanish for him to understand me. I can’t stress enough how important it is that you ask for a room overlooking the pool as that will give you an incredibly beautiful view of the city as well as the pool and courtyard.
