We have visited several Real de Minas hotels and pleased from it's charm and value. The San Luis Potosi is an old and neglected building. The "triple" room was only an extra charge but it wasn't roomier, actually is a very small room for more than two, I needed to take another room for my kids. Our first room "felt" extremely dirty, the carpets were old, stained and worn-out. We asked for a change of room because the first one had a terrible smell. The linens felt like they were purchased in a garage sale in Zimbabwe.
Even though Real de Minas have good hotels, we will never stay at the San Luis Potosi location again. more
