We use RCI to stayed 8 days in Luxury suites-Pacifica Agua suite. The guests of Pacifica Agua suite check-in in the suite. No need to go to lobby(reception). The room is pretty and the view from room is awesome. There is gondalo transport guests from beach to room and restaurant El Faro. There is a private infinity pool for the... More

Went there with the family and friends. The hotel is beautiful and the views are great (if you have the right room). Facilities are very nice and comfortable. The staff is really friendly: they remembered I mentioned (in passing) that my daughter's birthday was coming up and left a little cake for her in our room. I would strongly recommend... More

If you like good food this is the place... unless you eat at the buffet (NOT GOOD) Views are amazing! The gondola helps bring you from top where rooms are... down to the beach. Don't forget to watch the alligators being fed daily at 3, you will find them located behind the fence near the gondola at the beach.

My wife and I stayed in a Senior View November 8-22 2014. Benjamin Lobato Gaona who works at the Pacifica got us this room (Gracias Benjamin). We were near the gondola. We had a great view! The jacuzzi hot tub on the balcony was great. The AC worked fine. The room was always clean. Many nights we slept with the... More

I have been vacationing in Mexico for over 25 years with my favorite being the Pacifica Resort in Ixatapa. This resort makes you feel like a valued guest every time we visit. You can eat at a different restaurant almost every night for a great variety of dining experiences. The beach is perfect with calm waters most of the time.... More

My husband and I went for 7 days. We left the resort only once and the cab driver was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are bright and clean. I often slept on the couch which was like a memory foam. I found it very comfortable. As was the bed. Wifi works and is included. I noticed that there were... More

Just returned from Pacifica Resort where we had only one day of rain in the entire three weeks we were there. The resort now has seven restaurants having bought Las Pampas Steak House and Loma Linda next door. This time we needed to make dinner reservations at least one day in advance as they rotated the restaurants that would be... More

It was our first time to Ixtapa and we were able to get an inexpensive week at The Pacifica Club through RCI (timeshare). We were not sure what to expect. It is an all-inclusive which I usually shy away from but the cost was not bad, especially when considering we only paid $200 for the accommodation for the week, as... More

I stayed here with my wife the week of 4/12/15 - 4/19/2015. Upon arrival the resort put us in the building closest to one of the coolest features of the resort, the gondola. It runs from the uppers levels of the resort, down to the beach. The resort is built into the hillside which provide uninterrupted views. There are tons... More
