We stayed here for 2 nights en route to Italy. The location is idyllic, room immaculate, and Michael was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was an added bonus! What a great find - highly recommended. Annecy is gorgeous too, we were sorry not to have more time to explore.

Stayed with Mike and Linda over the past few years. Champ Pelaz is like coming home. Beautiful place to stay near to Annecy, we feel very welcome. Perfectly situated but close to Annecy.Champ Pelaz is also a perfect location should the Tour de France comes to this area.

The chambre d'hôtes La Ferme du Chamo Pelaz is a renovated 19th century farmhouse, located in the Haute Savoie department of the Rhône-Alpes region. It's a good location for exploring the area - Annecy, the Lac d'Annecy, Menthon-Saint-Bernard and its eponymous mediaeval Château, the Col de La Forclaz, as well as for hunting the elusive Mont Blanc (finally viewed from... In July we spent 5 nights for biking in the area. It's a renovated farm and looks lovely. It's just a 15 minute drive away from the city center of Annecy. The place is located in a quiet area and is perfect to start biking immediately. Welcome was friendly and warm. Michael was always available to direct us to a... More

Stayed for one night in July. The cleanliness of the bathroom in particular was well below standard, cracked & dirty shower head, dirty air vent, sealant around bath in urgent need of replacing, shower curtain was stained. Breakfast was poor, mouldy strawberries, cereal boxes empty. Attention to detail sadly lacking, no lock/key on bedroom door, 2 light bulbs out. Had... More

When We arrived we was greeted by Michael, the owner. He was very friendly, he greeted us all with a well needed cup of tea. We was shown to our rooms and we was all very impressed. We had 10 nights here and throughout our stay both Michael and his wife Linda was very chatty and helpful, they often went... More

We stayed the weekend and simply wanted to stay longer. The location is spectacular, in the hills to the west of Annecy, away from the hustle, bustle of Annecy. Yet, close enough to go into town and dip your toes into the lake whenever the urge takes you. As a family of five we were accommodated in two rooms, beautifully... More
