Tower Bridge is the place to be in Puerto Escondido, Steve and Aaron are the most friendly people I ever met, so cool. They are independent bungalows and houses, full equipped, kitchen, toilet, and everything. You really feel like at home, and it is located in a very quiet part (Adoquin area), only ten minutes walking the most beautiul beach,... more

There is a reason this place isn't in any of the travel guides. We initially thought it was a great find - the bungalows were reasonably priced, there were several kitchens, a common area and a pool. Our room was not very clean and harboured at least one cockroach. The kitchen turned out to be infested with ants - badly;... more

We didn't managed to check in till late afternoon/evening as no one was even there. We called the number left on the desk and staff member told us he went out for a lunch - that was a long long lunch. This is how it all started... We were told we are staying in the best bungalow, room was fine,... more

OMG this place is soooo dirty! At first it al looked nice, but when we discovered mouse dirt and cucarachas in our dorm, we were determined to find another place. Don´t let the swimming pool mislead you! more

I haven't got enough good words to say about Tower Bridge. Instantly made to feel at home, given a beer, Steve was hilarious, provided us with constant entertainment. Booked 3 nights, ended up staying for 12!! Beautiful relaxing hostel, the pool is amazing, barbecues are great. Had a whole bungalow with living area all to ourselves. Steve even had good... more

beyond terrible, bordering on unbelieveable, encroaching on disasterous... in december 2007, i only stayed one night at this run down, flop house, which seemed to house all night parties and loud music for 'lost' twenty-something's who had nothing else to do but drink the night, and sleep the day away. location: too far from amenities and from the beach. there... more

We booked a bungalo about 3 months ago. I received an email last week advising that the hostelbookers.com website [--] up and that it was over booked, I complained and he finally relented and said he would put us in a dorm. not cool but what ever it was accommodation and we had to take it. When we arrived he... more

This place is dirty and run down. It is far away from the beach and it costs to take taxis every time - or you can choose to walk half an hour under the sun along a busy road... The owner was not even there when I arrived and, while very relaxed, is careless about things like the water running... more

We thought we had arrived in paradise when we arrived here. The first thing that Steve, the hostel owner, did when we arrived was offer us a beer and make us feel at home. It´s like staying at someone´s house: it´s so comfortable, relaxing and set in a beautiful environment with a pool. It´s only about a 15 minute walk... more
