“Mediocre Stay at the Orchid”

As others have mentioned, the hotel's location is not very desirable in that it is right across the street from a Truck Servicing area. Throughout the day and night, you can hear the trucks being serviced which can make sleeping difficult. “Amazing Customer Service”

Enjoyed my stay, nice place, very good customer service. The staff was pleasant, always smiling and very helpful. Rooms were good and clean. Would definitely recommend the hotel to colleagues and come back again whenever in town.

to my surprise had very good experience with Royal orchid in Navi Mumbai... enjoyed delicious food at dinner and services were worth appreciating.....there were ample chioces in buffet and the price too was feasible which was not expected at all..... It was a delight with a soothing ambience... Would love to visit again and again for the same experience :)

“excellent hotel in navi mumbai....................”

stayed for 4 nights great hotel, commendable customer service and value for money.......... chef Sriajan Panda and Mr. Alok Anand are huge assets to the hotel. have also been to four points and fortune select exotica, but the customer service at Royal Orchid is exceptional............will return to the hotel surely for my next visit

“Good for a night”

Booked by mistake this was a positive surprise and i had a comfortable stay. Breakfast wss excellent and fresh. Room was clean and comfortable. Luggage deposit was offered for free incl. freshup. Nice reactive staff organized my taxi. I can recommend this as a good hotel.
