This was our first visit to Willow Farm Barn and it won't be our last. Our hosts, John & Innes welcomed us on our arrival with fresh tea and lovely Caramalised Apple cake. Our hosts gave us ideas for places to see and do whilst we were staying at their house which gave us some ideas for another time -... More

This is the second year running we have been here and I have already booked for next year. Our hosts are the friendliest I have ever met, they give a warm welcome on arrival and as usual the breakfasts are phenominal. It was my birthday on the 17th and they put a sparkly candle in a croissant. We spent the friday... More

Just pack from our second visit to Willow Farm Barn, and had a fantastic weekend. Nothing is too much trouble for our delightful hosts Ines and John. Superb barn conversion, delightful rooms, spotlessly clean and gorgeous locally sourced food. The attention to detail in this charming B & B does not go unnoticed. We decided to do the Hidden Broadlands... More

Not much we can add. Would agree with all the previous comments. Lovely weekend in a spotless and welcoming B & B. We felt very looked after and spoilt. John and Innes seem to take pride in not only running an immaculate B&B but in making sure their guests feel at home from home. Definitely one for a return visit.

Excellent welcome as usual from John and Innes, our second time here, John even helps with luggage etc and bakes a cake to say hello! Rooms are very clean and furnished to a high standard, have to say the best bit for me are the breakfasts. John makes a point of showing off their local suppliers and talks you through... More

Well, where to start? Willow Farm Barn Bed and Breakfast is First Class! The owners John and Ines are a delightfully friendly couple who made our stay just superb. I stayed here with my sister in their twin room on the ground floor and my mum who had a double room upstairs. The rooms are extremely well appointed, very light... More

My wife and I have just returned from a 1 night stay just to recharge our batteries and take in the sea air. We stayed in the lighthouse room which was light and airy and we thoroughly enjoyed our night. The owners are friendly and made us very welcome with a tea and slice of cake on arrival. Following a... When we stayed in February the weather was very good, unseasonably good, so we were about to explore the local area, and Willow Farm was the perfect base, room light clean and airy, the breakfast huge and set us up for the day, our hosts could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable, some great walks and bike rides locally,... We've just been back to Willow Farm Barn and we can't recommend it highly enough. A wonderful place to stay run by Ines and John - two more thoughtful and hospitable owners you will never meet! It's a stunning barn conversion with comfortable rooms, and which cleverly balances calm, clean spaciousness with a characterful charm. We stayed two nights and... More

I loved staying here last year after I had seen it on Tripadvisor, the proprieters were fantastic and we have kept in touch especially when the floods were in that area. Fortunately they only suffered a few tiles off the cartshed I was worried that we would not be able to visit again this year. We have already e mailed... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Willow Farm Barn is a beautiful, modern seaside bed and breakfast located in the Norfolk countryside. It has easy access to a blue flag sandy beach and the Norfolk Broads. The bed and breakfast provides the perfect base for a range of outdoor activities. Built in 1740 (there’s a stone in one of the walls which states this date), the barn was converted into a home in 2009. We have decorated the four rooms in a coastal style and offer a warm, friendly and relaxing stay in our home. Our hearty Norfolk breakfast will set you up for the day – whether you’re seal watching on the beach, cycling down the country lanes, boating on the Broads, watching the birds and wildlife, jet-skiing at Sea Palling, or indulging in a bit of retail therapy in Burnham or Norwich’s wonderful variety of shops. Those looking to relax indoors can do so in the stunning lounge, which is kitted out with a flat screen TV offering the full range of Freeview channels. We look forward to your stay.
