What a great B & B. John and Inns welcomed our group with tea & cake on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. All the rooms are fabulous and the bed was the most comfortable of any accommodation I have stayed in (we stayed in Sunrise). As the men in our group were diving early John and Inns had... More

We have just returned from a fantastic four night's stay at Willow Farm Barn. John and Ines are very welcoming and go out of their way to make sure everything is just right. We stayed in Blue Sky room which was spotlessly clean with quality furnishings, excellent shower and an extremely comfortable bed. We woke each morning to the smell... More

We were recommended by friends to try this B&B, we were so glad we did!! Our hosts, John and Ines, were welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had booked an evening meal and were not disappointed, John produced an excellent 3 course meal using top quality ingredients, as was... More

Very impressive looking place, spotlessly clean and with great helpful hosts, (who nothing is too much trouble for) Great plentiful breakfast made with locally sourced products. Only things we didn't like were; the lack of privacy at breakfast time, everyone sits together at one big table. Some people might like this arrangement, but we didn't, we were on holiday and... Stayed here for 2 nights, early August On arrival we met by John and Innes who made us very welcome indeed. John helped with unloading the bikes and storing them in the shed whilst Innes prepared a very nice welcoming cup of tea with delicious home made biscuits - mmmm, very nice they were too. We had booked the Lighthouse... More

We had a problem with our car and the owners were very helpful-aside from that the room was very nice, the breakfast was excellent . The location is good and the building stunning. Would stay there again.

This was our first visit to Willow Farm Barn and it won't be our last. Our hosts, John & Innes welcomed us on our arrival with fresh tea and lovely Caramalised Apple cake. Our hosts gave us ideas for places to see and do whilst we were staying at their house which gave us some ideas for another time -... More

This is the second year running we have been here and I have already booked for next year. Our hosts are the friendliest I have ever met, they give a warm welcome on arrival and as usual the breakfasts are phenominal. It was my birthday on the 17th and they put a sparkly candle in a croissant. We spent the friday... More

Just pack from our second visit to Willow Farm Barn, and had a fantastic weekend. Nothing is too much trouble for our delightful hosts Ines and John. Superb barn conversion, delightful rooms, spotlessly clean and gorgeous locally sourced food. The attention to detail in this charming B & B does not go unnoticed. We decided to do the Hidden Broadlands... More

Not much we can add. Would agree with all the previous comments. Lovely weekend in a spotless and welcoming B & B. We felt very looked after and spoilt. John and Innes seem to take pride in not only running an immaculate B&B but in making sure their guests feel at home from home. Definitely one for a return visit.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Willow Farm Barn is a beautiful, modern seaside bed and breakfast located in the Norfolk countryside. It has easy access to a blue flag sandy beach and the Norfolk Broads. The bed and breakfast provides the perfect base for a range of outdoor activities. Built in 1740 (there’s a stone in one of the walls which states this date), the barn was converted into a home in 2009. We have decorated the four rooms in a coastal style and offer a warm, friendly and relaxing stay in our home. Our hearty Norfolk breakfast will set you up for the day – whether you’re seal watching on the beach, cycling down the country lanes, boating on the Broads, watching the birds and wildlife, jet-skiing at Sea Palling, or indulging in a bit of retail therapy in Burnham or Norwich’s wonderful variety of shops. Those looking to relax indoors can do so in the stunning lounge, which is kitted out with a flat screen TV offering the full range of Freeview channels. We look forward to your stay.
