We booked the Frampton Arms for a visit to Monkey World . The staff were very friendly and the rooms were of a good standard . The breakfast was really good . The evening menu was really good with lots of choice and the food of a high standard . No problems with the railway hardly noticed it .

We booked into the Frampton Arms for the duration of tank fest. We were met with a friendly greeting and shown to a well set out and spotlessly clean room. After settling in we decided to explore, been right next to the station was perfect with easy access to local towns and places of interest. Each morning cooked breakfasts or... More

The menu was a cut above the norm, with meals in all price classes. We all enjoyed our meals, but found the noise of the level-crossing and trains annoying. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

I have stayed here on numerous occasions when working at Kingston Maurward College Dorchester. Everybody goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. Although close to the railway station, train noise has very little effect on a good night's sleep. I have stayed in all three rooms over the years, and they are what you would expect of... More

On 17th May 2014 We went to The Frampton Arms for our 50th anniversary lunch. We had already pre-booked our meals as there were 16 of us. We had a room to ourselves which the staff had decorated with balloons, banners etc. (we had no idea that they would do this) The food was superb as was the service from... More

popped in last weekend for sunday lunch four adults, two children, all having different dishes, service was excellent, food excellent as ever, nice selection of ice creams for dessert... Great enclosed beer garden to the rear with climbing/slides/swings for the children, plenty of parking, (just need to remove the overgrown stump that's right in the middle of the entrance/exit to... We enjoyed our dinner here and felt it was good value, especially as one of our number was a Gourmet Society member, so we received a discount of the already reasonable prices. Service was friendly and we had a pleasant table in the conservatory. All was well with the food, although some courses took rather a long time to arrive.

Our group of 5 adults stopped at the Frampton Arms, Moreton for a late lunch on a day trip following the Lawrence of Arabia trail. We were too late for hot food service, but staff warmly welcomed us & offered us sandwiches. The food was fabulous! The tuna mayo was very good; the ham/brie/cranberry on a baguette was excellent!
