The hotel was DIRTY! Housekeeping bad. Cats eating off the food preparation area. Mouldy and unwashed serving dishes. No Maintenance. Holes in my deluxe room walls. Overpriced. Cost more than a good hotel in Siem Reap.

This hotel did have a great location. It was inexpensive and included breakfast which is always convenient. Only a few of the staff understood English which I generally don't mind. My main point would be that the rooms are grimy...especially walls and doors. There were always flying bugs in the bathroom. The floor in our room literally had holes in... More

This is billed as a 4 star hotel. It barely scrapes in at 1 star. The toilets don't flush. I found out afterwards. There was no toilet paper. I found out afterwards. There wasn't even any paper in the pool toilets. Everything is dirty. It took an hour for them to serve dinner. We were 1 of 2 tables at... More

We stayed in this hotel on Nov'14 during water festival holidays, their service is good, understand English, the river view rooms r awesome, buffets breakfast need to upgrade, swimming pool & front space is good for relaxation, they arranged seafood BBQ on request which is nice. Will stay on next trips...Good Luck...

Well located hotel with excellent view on the bay. The building is well designed but now some parts of it need renovation. Large rooms with all amenities you need. The swimming pool is clean Staff is helpful and polite but only a part of them speak English.

good for one night only. The rooms were clean, beds okay. Staff not friendly tried to charge us $80 for a taxi ride to falls when it was only 12, heard so sorry a lot. Breakfast was the worst, French toast is just dried toast, no egg. Food is much better down town and cheaper

Beyond my expectations for the price paid for a small hotel. Though room was small - it was very cosy, and with a small table and 2 chairs on the balcony - was on the upper floor with room facing the river / sea. Room and areas clean and well maintained. Bar, open air restaurant, pool - all in the... More

Stayed here as part of a group holiday travelling around Cambodia; initial impressions were ok but things went rapidly downhill! I appreciate the fact that we are in Cambodia and in a resort that does not receive a huge amount of tourists but there are some basic things that one would expect from a hotel of any standard. The drinks... More

This hotel had beautiful rooms with a simple decor of lovely white sheets and furnishings and wooden floors. Good extras like a bench for tea and coffee and plenty of storage and space to put things. Staff were also very helpful. Only down side is that our friend had a room which smelt a bit musty (some other people we... More

This hotel was fantastic, the staff were so helpful, food awesome, the rooms really clean and the view across the river from the balcony at sunset - to die for! The staff couldn't do enough for us and were really keen to show off their part of the world, this hotel is great for couples, families, friends whatever, a good... More
