Very isolated place, beautiful scenery. Great staff and manager, Francois, who is very attentive. Do not miss the visit to a Khmer village in the region. remember it costs more than the room - the dinner is a set menu for 20$ and the daily activities, which you have to do if you do not want to sit in your... My girlfriend and I visited the floating eco-lodge for 2 nights and we found it wonderful. It was a bit of a splurge for us but we were celebrating a special occasion. The staff we're wonderful and Francois the manager is on site and also wonderful. The food was good and reasonably priced but lacked a bit of variety. The... More

Service is excellent with the manager and his team who remember your name (there are only 12 tents of guests for them to remember!). The staff are really helpful to ensure that your stay is comfortable at all times. I am particularly pleased with the guide who ensured the safety of my children (I was taking 3 kids by myself)... A lovely antidote to Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. These are essentially luxury tents on a pontoon. With just 12 tents, 6 either side of the dining area, we were lucky to have one at an end to allow a bit more privacy. The tents are beautifully decorated and the bed was large and comfortable. The shower unit is amazing... More

The 4 Rivers was initiated by a good friend of mine, so I admit this review might be a bit biased. I just love the location, on an amazing river of the Cardamon Mountains. The idea of building floating tents is just great and provide an extreme experience. The swimming pool is the river! Great clean natural water that glitters... More

Ultra-luxurious safari tents arrayed along two pontoons floating on a river at the edge of the Cardamom Mountains. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, 4 Rivers is a pretty cool option. The tents are pretty spacious, all things considered, and although the decor is perhaps a little dark and heavy, it's comfortable... More

This was our first stop in Cambodia after a long flight and, even though it takes about 4 hours to drive there from Phnom Penh, it was worth the wait! The lodge is only accessible by boat, so you take a short boat journey(15-20 minutes?) down the Tatai River and once you reach the lodge you are met by the... More

You must make the pickup times of 2 or 5pm or pay extra. The boat ride is about 10 minutes. The rooms are stunning: clean and spacious with hot water, plenty of towels, nice bedding, sitting area, large deck with ladder for swimming, two fans, and great lighting. Breakfast (included) is off the menu and delicious, lunch prices range 4... More

If you have time in Cambodia and you want to relax, you owe it to yourself to go to 4 Rivers. I wish I had spent one less day with the busloads of tourists in Angkor, and one more day with my wife at 4 Rivers. The tents have all the amenities you could want - the one complaint is... More

One of the very few places i have travelled to that has surpassed my expectations. Francois the very charming general manager runs a very professional and slick operation. The eco/lodge is situated in such a wonderfull location that you will wish that you had of booked for a longer stay. The rooms were decorated wonderfully and the food was the... More
