We had a car accident 10 minutes from Apple Tree Cottage. I was cut out of the vehicle. Hence we arrived late.(we did let Lin know). Enjoyed a good stay in Lee-on-Solent last week-end with my wife. Apple Tree Cottage is near the sea-front & a couple of eating spots. Warm, comfortable, fresh breakfast, friendly landlady. Thanks Lin.

Very polite, friendly, helpful and welcoming landlady. Lovely breakfast, clean and comfortable room, and very accommodating! Will definitely go again.

We had a very pleasant stay, Lin was a very welcoming host and we really enjoyed staying in her home. My only (and a very tiny) criticism was that our mugs weren't replaced one morning, so my nana couldn't make her early morning cuppa!!! ;-)

Ended up in Lee-on Solent quite late in the afternoon for work, and made no prior arrangements for accommodation, looked up Tripadvisor, and rather than calling just turned up as I was not far from Apple tree Cottage. Stayed here a number of times and have always been pleased with the service, more than adequate breakfast and the owner is more than obliging allowing access even when she is out. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Apple Tree to anyone.

Comfortable,spotlessly clean,very welcoming and very good breakfast, what more could you want..Dont take any notice of the bad review. Lin made us very welcome and dont forget that this is not a hotel, but we would recommend staying in her HOME. Thanks Lin hope to see you again.
