Stayed a week with family on vacation in this charming hotel--conveniently located next to pyramid and both San Andres and San Pedro neighborhoods. Cholula is a great town for walking around, day and night, and we were never more than 15 minutes week to just about anything we wanted to do. The room, though small, was perfect for 2 adults... We stayed in Jan'12 for 3 days and we were very pleased with the hotel, our rooms and the food was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is located very close to the the Great Pyramid of Cholula, also known as Tlachihualtepetl (Nahuatl for "artificial mountain").

This hotel is an easy walk to the pyramid and church, the layout is attractive with rooms around a central pool, and WIFI is available. However, the negatives outweigh the positives. Overall, the hotel needs updating. Our standard second floor room overlooking the pool was small with a double bed and a twin bed. The shower drained slowly, and there... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and explored Cholula and Puebla last June. The hotel was a great value for the money in a good location. I liked the room and the bathroom, both clean and cozy. The restaurant was OK, the service was extremely slow. I am usually not in a big hurry and don't expect super speedy service,... More

We stayed here for one night, to visit the pyramid and church. As many others have mentioned, the hotel is a former Club Med, so the rooms are a quite small, but ours was well kept up and clean. Having stayed at two other Villas Arq (Chichen Itza and Coba), we sort of knew what to expect. We ate dinner... More

We enjoyed our stay here quite a bit. The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable. The hotel is kept up nicely. The staff is polite enough but very young and a little timid but they gave us enough help when we asked for it. The location is right in front of the pyramid/church and about a 10 minute walk from... What is great about this hotel is that is it's location. If you want to see the ruines they are right in front, you cannot get any closer. The hotel itsef is very basic and a Club Med standard I would expect. It is cheap though and ok for one night so I didn't complain. The room are super small,... More

We stayed here while attending a friend's wedding in Mexico. On arriving they checked us in quickly and helped us to our rooms. The room was small but comfortable and a bit different. It was nice and cool during the day and warm enough at night. We tried the pool once, but it was very cold and as I had... More

Don't be fooled by photos of the pool or pyramid. Unqualified staff is friendly, but unknowledgeable. They can't even give directions to pyramid access--the main attraction. Rooms mostly have view of unkept lawn that surrounds 3/4 of property and faces a dirt alley, NOT the famous church or pyramid where the Entry faces--they dress it up with nicely painted Gate/Entry... Stayed an extended weekend (thursday till sunday) at this hotel. Booked two rooms, one standard and one suite. Booking was a bit problematic, took three phonecalls and two emails to get things wright. Even after that it was problematic to retrieve our reservations when we arrived..... Hotel is beautifully designed, nice artworks on display and very well maintained poolarea. Rooms,... More
