My 17 year-old daughter and I went with a group of about 35 to the Puebla/Cholula area for a mission trip. We stayed at Villas Arquelogicas de Cholula for a week. The hotel is older, but is very well kept. The grounds around the hotel are nice. There was a wedding/family reunion on the grounds during the week, although the... More

A nice hotel in Cholula, the grounds of the hotel were very nicely maintained and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated, My room was equipped with a lock box and was well maintained. If you are looking for a great value, this is a hotel I would look into

Stayed at this hotel while visiting Puebla on business. Nice hotel with quaint rooms. Somewhat "rustic", but well maintained. Walls were a bit thin, so room-to-room noise can be an issue. If I ever get back to Puebla I will likely stay here again.

Stayed here for 3nights. I had booked 4 nights on the web (where it says no worries if your plans change!). When I checked in I told reception that I had to leave a day early and would only be there for 3 nights. I was told that it was not a problem. When I went to check out this... More

I have been to this hotel few times in the last 3 years. I like the place, it has style, ok price, great view at the Cholula hill/pyramid with a lighted church at the top, nice pool. But lately the service at the reception was worse and worse! There is no one to help with the suitcases and the people... More

I have spent a lot of time recently in Cholula San Andreas, a suburb of Puebla, and have found it a nice slice of low key Mexican life with an array of churches and archaeological remnants to visit. The first and only time I have stayed in a hotel here was last summer at the Hotel Villas Argueologicas for four... More

Hotel is located right in front of arqueological zone. The view of the main cathedral is amazing. Rooms are nice, comfortable and very clean. Hotel manager was very helpful and kind. Great price value!

My family and I stayed at this hotel since we wanted a place that was close to the pyramid and the photos showed an amazing pool for my daughter to play in. We checked in on a Sunday afternoon and had prebooked 2 nights on their website. When we got there they couldn't find our confirmation with the number that... More

I stayed in Villas Arqueologicas for 19 days and experienced all aspects of this hotel. Friendly staff all round (especially the waiters in the restaurant) and the restaurant manager, Jesus Mendez treated me exceptionally well and deserves a special mention, as he took the time after work to show me around Cholula. The rooms are neat and cleaned every day,... More

Stayed a week with family on vacation in this charming hotel--conveniently located next to pyramid and both San Andres and San Pedro neighborhoods. Cholula is a great town for walking around, day and night, and we were never more than 15 minutes week to just about anything we wanted to do. The room, though small, was perfect for 2 adults...
