I completely agree with the previous review. This is a nice hotel if offered for about 30 dollars cheaper than the competitors on the same street. Definitely book a room upstairs as the downstairs' open courtyard is now a restaurant patio and can be loud and not very private (an absolutely delicious restaurant by the way, La Fonda Mexicana). Just returned from a 3 day trip in Puebla. It's a fanstastic destination for anyone who appreciates authentic Mexican food (this is where mole, among other things, was invented), Mexican ceramics, and other indigenous arts and crafts.
