Would recommend for business travelers. The pillows and the mattresses could use improvement. Design of hotel is sleek and staff is very attentive. Excellent location close to the zocalo.

It is a very basic hotel, it is near the downtown. I found the room to have just want I needed. The bed was nice, I did not care for the bathroom.

Not sure what the user below experienced but ours was the opposite. The staff was extremely friendly and gave us numerous terrific recommendations. NH is exceptional value - clean and comfortable.

Very good breakfast, modern international hotel with all facilities. The building looks terrible from the outside: the architect should have been mad ! Puebla is a unesco site, it has a wonderful historical centre and this building is like a punch in the eye. On a separate note the pool is really, really, really small.

I rarelly travel in business hotel, but I did in Puebla. With NH you know what your getting before entering the place. Very good in general, this is not specific only to this hotel but I hate the fact that everything is an extra (internet, water etc..) in business class hotels.
