6 blocks from the center and 2 blocks from every kind of shop you can think of... Beds hard but doable. Free breakfast great... Reception great. Parked car ever time we arrived.. Changed my room to get better Wi-Fi. Answered all my questions.. Reception around the clock . very nice and super clean rooms..

I stayed at the Loa Inn hotel during my first visit to Mexico, and naturally I wasn't sure what to expect at all. Rooms: I found the rooms to be very clean and very spacious. This is a new building and it shows. There is no A/C, however the windows do open and a fan was provided. I visited in... More

t's a nice hotel , have breakfast included in the price for adults . Spacious room , with a shower big enough for 4 people, boiling water . There is a large TV with some local channels , there are two or three channels of children . There is no air conditioning anywhere in the hotel , so the restaurant... More

I spent 1 night here in December. It's perfectly fine. The rooms are comfortable. The building is nice. The location is good. It's safe. Good Wifi connection. It feels a bit sterile - not warmth or coziness. Breakfest was fine. I walked around the next day and found a more interesting place, but felt I got my money's worth here.

This is hotel is in convenient walking distance to the zocalo and has a decent breakfast. The rooms are clean with plently of hot water and the wifi worked very well. We stayed in room 310 which was unfortunately right under the bar which had a live musician on Friiday night. If you have trouble sleeping maybe try the other... More

Nice new hotel with contemporary rooms located about 10 blocks from the Historic center. They are remodeling a great deal of this area so there is a lot of construction going on around the area but should be done soon. The first night they gave me a very dark corner room with no view and they said they could not... More

We booked online and our plan was to stay for a couple of days. But we checked out after the frist night, Why? Well, first, even that we ask for a quiet room with internet connection (as we're working online), they gave us a room without wi-fi. Then, there was no hot water (and it was cold in our room),... We spent one night in this hotel to enjoy Puebla city center and surroundings. Here are the pros and cons of this hotel : + Nice hotel, with brand new rooms, very clean, 10 minutes from the zocalò by foot - Very noisy - music is played till very late
