Great place to stay in Puebla. Easy walking distance (5-10 mins) to the historic centre. Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were always available and ready to help. Beds were a little harder than I like, but no worse than any other hotel like this. Beautiful courtyard and colourful walls. Internet was handy and cafe down stairs makes espresso for... More

Location is central, between Zocalo (10-minute walk) and Paseo Bravo park (5 minutes), both of which are safe, green and pleasant places to relax (if you don't mind the mosquitoes!!). The numerous sites of interest in the city centre are walkable. Affordable and reasonably comfortable, with high ceilings and some nice touches (talavera-type sink, fridge and microwave but no utensils).... More

For around forty dollars you get a room with balcony, nice view, free wifi, small fridge & microwave, and best of all: centrally located. There's better value available in Puebla but not in the centro; you have to have a car and then other good options open up for you, like two great hotel-de-paso locations on the Cholula road. But... I tried to make a reservation by email, but no one replied. I tried calling them, but no one answered the phone. I would have like to have stayed here, but not if I can't make the reservation in advance of the day we arrive in Puebla. :(

There are equal parts pros and cons with my experience in this hotel. The hotel is quaint and is centrally located, but the rooms gave me an array of mixed emotions. High ceilings, delightful balconies with lovely views, colorful and lively bathrooms were all pros. The room as whole however just didn't seem clean enough. The sheets and blankets didn't... More

I loved El Hotel Hotelito. The price is awesome (use on line reservations for best price), the service great, and while I'm not the most discriminating guest, there is so much to like. It's fabulously situated, coffee shop next door, terrific 40 peso breakfast around the corner, mini fridge and microwave in room (my first in the 10 hotels I've... More

El Hotelito has a great central location, helpful and professional employees, and the best prices in town, in my opinion. The building is pretty, inside and outside. The rooms are not fancy, but they don't need to be at these prices. They also have a microwave, a fridge, and a coffee maker. The towels are big and fluffy, something I... More

I stayed for a night in this hotel. The price was cheaper online than if booked in person. The place has a nice courtyard which is convenient if need a place to hang out with friends in the evening. It is 10-15 min walking distance from zocalo. There are plenty of places to eat around. We had breakfast at a... More
