Apparently, Camino Real has recently bought it and is trying to do business with it. Frankly? It's a run down, old hotel that need A LOT of care and upgrading.

This hotel is situated on the outskirts of Puebla, and this shod be taken into account by anybody booking in there. A taxi to the centre will take about 15 minutes outside of rush hour. The hotel is comfortable and well appointed, the rooms are very clean and comfortable (see photographs) and an attractive feature is the separate room off...

It is the 3rd time we have had a problem with Camino Real.
We had a wedding in Puebla so we decided to stay in Camino Real Angelópolis as it is new and looks nice. When we arrived, passed midnight, the front desk guy couldn't find our reservation. He had the worse attitude and all he was saying was "I...
