I've stayed here before over the years. Puebla has really grown with many new hotels. Out of habit I chose Camino Real. We had some initial complications with our reservations and it took us three days before we could find a manager on duty. He was out each time we asked. The food in the restaurant was bad. Go out... I went there on Friday March 6 until Sunday March 8. I was sharing a room with my brother. And some other friends were also sharing different rooms. For the 2 nights it costed us a total of almost 3000 pesos, which is almost 180€. In general, the hotel looks really good, and it is almost in the entrance of... More

We went to the city of Puebla (beautiful!) to visit some friends and they booked us here. I had stayed in other Camino Real hotels before and it had been a great experience so I was quite happy about this. When we arrived it was 10:30 p.m., my family and I were tired and eager to settle down but the... More

Not the most modern hotel but could tell they have been making updates and improvements. The staff was very helpful and were able to speak English. Ate 1 dinner and 1 breakfast and the food was quite good. Had a good view of the golf course.

The front desk personnel is rude. They took 15 min for check in and had an attitude? Room service came incomplete and valet took 20 minutes to get my car. That's unacceptable. Will not stay there again.

Stayed on this hotel for several days while my wife was on business in the neighborhood. I understand the Camino Real chain has recently taken it over and it is currently undergoing major refurbishment. New new internal design is really stylish and cool. The large number of hotel staff is clearly also being trained. They don't always know what to... More

The hotel is currently under remodeling so that means there are employees working at all times and noise is just excesive. You can't even have a quiet breakfast and it is very annoying. The hotel overall is good, rooms are clean and spacious and staff is very corteous. I would consider staying again but only after they are done with... More

Not what you expect. Not at all, Camino Real Hotels in Mexico are or I thought they were a guarantee of excellence. Not even close. This property was previously operated by Fiesta Americana and I had stayed at the hotel and loved it, I decided to reserve again even though it was a different hotel name, but then again, it... I've stayed in this hotel for 6 years now, for sure this was my last stay! The new tower is awful, rooms are definitely not Camino Real Rooms, they are small stinky and "modern" rooms. The people in charge of front desk didn't do anything to please our needs. She said "there is nothing I can do" AWFUL AVOID THE... More

I stayed there about ten years ago. Judging by the more recent reviews nothing has changed. There was an army of cockroaches passing through the room. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they just laughed. Also, the walls are very, very thin. Our next door neighbors turned on the television before dawn. It was like the TV was... More

Dear guest, We deeply appreciate the time you have dedicated to let us know about your recent experience in our hotel which unfortunately was obviously far away from your expectations. I would like to take this opportunity to mention that in a near future some public areas of the hotel will be remodeled, as restaurant and lobby bar. I am... More
