This is a charming boutique hotel near the Zocalo. The rooms are situated about a courtyard which is full of antiques. The restaurant is in the courtyard. Noise was not a problem. It is near many of the attractions in Puebla. Friendly, helpful staff.

I recently spent three nights at the Meson Sacristia de la Compania. This is a very small, charming hotel that is extremely well located. The staff is very friendly. You can walk to most attractions, with very little effort. The hotel is furnished with antiques (which are apparently for sale, since the place seems to be a shop for antiquities,... More

This has been one of my favorite restaurants in the world for the last 4 years. It is always a pleasure to dine here. The negative reviews I see here seem to involve people who prefer modern, plastic places without the centuries-old beauty AND inconveniences that such a place will naturally have. If you value historical beauty, elegance and fantastic... More

That is the description of our hotel, in a good way. Sacristia is close to entire historical center, so everything is in walking distance. We travel with a white noise machine, so if you are bothered by the noise, consider that option. It worked for us. Our beds were very comfortable and our room well maintained. Breakfast is included, a... More

Little gem in a quiet and cute street. Service is great and breakfast is very good. Better suited for couples than families as it's small and can become noisy for other guests when kids are around. Great location.

Fun place to stay. Overdecorated, but in a way that is enticing and intriguing. Be sure to wander around and take pictures. Our room was large, but bath was tiny. We ate dinner there and it was good. Try the mole sampler. Location is excellent as it is within walking distance of the old town square. If you go to... More

If you want to stay in a great hotel at a good price you have to book the master suite here....friendly people, good food and drinks and in walking distance to everything is Puebla. I would go back anytime.

Booked by friends as a surprise for us (on our 1st visit to Puebla) who wanted us to experience & enjoy the real Puebla (& we did!). History, location, amenities - wow! Unique setup (only 9 rooms, all around an enclosed courtyard) - we enjoyed room #5 - the bed was comfortable, showers were hot & pressure was fine. Had... More

just at the entrance to the "frog alley" lies a true and unique jewel hotel, that is for people with a bit of romance in their heart, people who can appreciate the art and imagination needed to preserve the magic of the past, with the mystery and glamour, and in a second brings you to dreamland. this is not another...
