I was there just for 1 night and I must say that it was a great experience, the house by itself is well maintained and it still has so many original things. The room is nice decorated with very tall roof, bath is pretty good too with amenities of good quality. The only thing that I didn't like it was... More

I didn't stay at the hotel, but took a cooking class which was absolutely fantastic, which catered for vegetarians and spoke English. After a few fun hours I walked away confident with delicious recipies what I will use for years to come. One of my highlights for Puebla.

We visited the city and stay at la sacristia. It is just a magic place if you want to see more than the typical stuff in town. It's so colorful and also full of history, like a living museum. Staff were very nice to us and ready to help us any time needed. It's a must stop if you visit... More

I think that people on T.A. rather over estimate this hotel. The decor is good and the rooms have a splendid "old world" charm. Bedrooms are spacious and beautifully designed. However, the bathroom we had was absolutely tiny and the room extremely dark, a great shame given the effort that had gone into the design. If you just stay, it's... More

Dear Guest Thanks for taking the time to write this review. We would like to clarify a few things to prevent our future guests to have erroneous information about our establishment. Our hotel is located in a building over 250 years old and we understand that not everyone appreciates this situation, since the adaptation of rooms and bathrooms is limited... More

Loved Puebla and our accommodation. Meson Sacristia de la Compania is a 19th century colonial style boutique hotel. There are 8 rooms on the upper floor surrounding the internal patio. All are decorated with antique furnishings, brightly painted stucco walls and Talavera tiles. There is a very good restaurant on the main level where you can also arrange group cooking... More

We just spent 3 nights there and truly enjoyed our room there (no.8): very spacious, clean and filled with eclectic antiques. The bright pink patio was also very enjoyable to have meals. The restaurant was pretty good for Mexican food but there were few salads - just fyi. The staff was overall very helpful and courteous except for one grumpy... More

Our experience in Mesón Sacristía was incredible. The room was like a part of a museum, with lots of nice furniture and very nice pieces, we especially like the Puebla's style vase. The staff was incredible helpful, the restaurant is just down the stairs of your room. Breakfast was specially good. We really enjoy our stay in Mesón and we... More

We were very disappointed to have something disappear from our room. The staff were not helpful to resolve the issue. This should not happen at a boutique hotel. If ui were the manager, I would take this seriously.

Dear Paula. Thank you for staying with us and take the time to write this review. I am the manager of the hotel and I am very concerned about these comments. To all our guests without exception we give an evaluation format on our service and this allows me to know if there was a problem with some guest. Would... More

I travelled for a month in Mexico. This was the best hotel I got: 1. Only where internet works; 2. No crazy stupid charges; 3. Late check out and early check in; 4. Late breakfast almost lunch; 5. Beautiful location, valet service. Meson is a beautiful colonial house turned to hotel. It's really small, with a beautiful courtyard. Breakfast is... More
