We were a bit disappointed by this hotel but some of the other reviews seem to be harsh. One disappointment was the location. The hotel website indicates that "The Best Western Real de Puebla is located in town just 1 block from the financial and tourist district" but there is not much for a tourist to see within a mile... more

This hotel is the biggest dump we have encountered anywhere in Mexico. Best Western should be ashamed to allow this property to remain a part of their brand/chain. We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 pm and the lady at the reception(who didn't speak english). Said to us that we had to wait for 1 hour. When we arrived in our room they didn't vacuum the floor. We happened to be passing through Peubla during a tour of Mexico and we were there for one night. That was bad enough Restaurant was ok .
