Even though it claims to be a "four stars hotel", I would say they don't even have one, nice zone but the hotel was so bad it makes you cry, poor rooms, awful service, ancient infrastructure, definetly not a choice to make.

Even though it claims to be a "four stars hotel", I would say they don't even have one, nice zone but the hotel was so bad it makes you cry, poor rooms, awful service, ancient infrastructure, definetly not a choice to make.
The room #438 king size was the dirtiest that I have ever seen. The shower was nasty and when turn on the water was spreading all over out the shower even going directly to the electricity outlet, I was with my kids and making sure they never touched even get closed to the electricity outlet of the bathroom. Even they...

Terribly maintained, first room smelled like sewage, fans were vibrating so badly the lamp was going to fly off. Refused room, next room was better, but fan was also useless. Family's vehicle was broken into right in front of hotel and bags were stolen. Staff didn't seem the least interested in what had happened.
the mattress is not sleepable the hotel was overpriced for the condition of the room both mornings the noise was loud
I stayed at this hotel for the first time. Been to Puebla many times but never stayed in this part of town. The hotel is one block from Juarez Avenue which has dozens of great restaurants. Since I had decided not to rent a car this trip, I wanted to be able to walk to everything. It was a good...

I was in Puebla with friends and needed rooms for a couple of nights. Our friend who lives there recommended Best Western because he assumed that since it's an American brand, it would be decent. Boy was he wrong. Our rooms felt so old, unclean, and dated. Wish I'd taken a picture of the room and bathroom so you can...

We were a bit disappointed by this hotel but some of the other reviews seem to be harsh.
One disappointment was the location. The hotel website indicates that "The Best Western Real de Puebla is located in town just 1 block from the financial and tourist district" but there is not much for a tourist to see within a mile...

This hotel is the biggest dump we have encountered anywhere in Mexico. Best Western should be ashamed to allow this property to remain a part of their brand/chain. We have never encountered carpeting as filthy as that which covered the public hallway & room. And the bathroom was disgusting. We took one look & left. No way would we actually...

I just read the other reviews and I have a different opinion about this place.
When I stayed at this hotel, everything was ok.
Hotel staff very friendly, they helped me with the cabs, and they always told me the right price to pay when I went downtown and to Angelopolis Mall.
Breakfast was awesome! waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs and...
