I was here last June with my husband & children. It was relaxing especially for those who have back pain etc.... Can drink beer beside the pool. ;-) You can get also a 15 mins. body massage after Swimming. (forgot the price)

Excellent hotel, it had a problem though. Everything was extremely clean but the shower, even the shower room and the floors were clean but the shower was a little muddy. I don't know why they forget to clean that tiny piece of the bathroom. However, everything was really cool. Amazing cuisine, amazing panoramic views, and the best of all was... More

On the weekends the hotel offers live music, breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with many fresh and tasty options. There's also a private area above the public pools that is exclusively for guests. We will definitely be coming back.

I went there 2 years ago. Very clean waters and relaxing. Clean surrounds area. good food too at the restaurant. I recommend visiting this place if you are looking for relaxing time and swimming fun with family and friends.

I didn't stay at the hotel but I used the public pool area but it was too crowdy and unorganized. The pool itself can get really hot, depends on the area of the pool. I went there on weekday and the place was filled with people. The changing room and the restroom was filthy and I wouldn't go back.

A beautiful place in the lower part of a canyon where you can bathe in natural hot waters and enjoy the views and the excellent service of the staff. Food is also very good with many options that include local bread and Mexican dishes. The spa offers massages and other treatments, the most interesting the "Temazcal" which is a two... More

My family and I enjoyed our stay the pools were clean but very hot. The kids had a great time and food was good. Good place to relax. Rooms have double beds are comfortable and clean. The only downfall was that during our stay the internet service was not working, kind of hard to communicate with family. We love it and... More

We stayed one night at this property. It's quite a journey to get there. You have to travel down a long and winding dirt road for about 10 minutes once you get off the main road. I don't know how people can get in or out if it rains and that entire stretch of road becomes muddy. The rooms are... More

The Chignahuapan hotel is a great place to go if you need some serious R&R. The rooms are beautiful, totally renovated, with gorgeous views of the canyon and river. Each room has two double beds, a sitting area and a nice big flat screen TV with cable. They also lend you a DVD player and movies for free. The big... More
