We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel, we stayed on the executive floor and the complimentary breakfast was rather good. The pool is nice and the children enjoyed it. The room was on the small side but the towels were soft and luxurious .

All the hotel is beautifull and full of art, perfect for bussines or holydais, there are a hudge swiiming pool and also a Gym and Spa.
The bedrooms are perfect with fridge and balcony. I loved the stage.

I have stayed here 4 times in the last 9 years. The beds are comfy and breakfast is awesome. green juice, fresh fruit and churros with coffee is the best. The warm portion chilaquiles, beans and sweet tamales are worth the extra calories. The gym is simple but works. Staff is nice.
Stayed here for one night in February 2012. Very nice rooms. Everything was new and modern. I only paid $94 for a standard room, so the value was over the top. $8 for internet access at fairly slow speeds, but I got by.
I stayed on a business trip in Presidente Intercontinental Puebla this January. While the room and the amenities were everything you could ask for in a five star (meaning excellent sheets, toiletries, room amenities, superb dining at the Alfredo di Roma), I had a bad working experience with the terrible wi-fi signal.
While I understand that having 50 people in...

I stayed on this hotel for 3 nights in June 2010 what I can say except the service was really terrible but the worst of all was the stuff in the front desk plus the manager !Is not exceptable for 5 star hotels to have such a unprofessional and rude stuff!
The hotel is beautiful, well situated, but, one thing I can not understand is the lousy WiFi signal we got in a suite. these room are supposed to be top of the top and not having a proper internet connection is not helping them at all.
And they had some sort of event on Saturday that spoiled our evenings rest...

Hotel is nice, but many rooms are quite noisy. Windows are not noise-proof and you can hear much street traffic. By any means, do not accept rooms right above the lobby and foyer, as you can spend all night hearing obnoxious lobby noise. The level of noise is truly unexpected for a hotel of this category.
The hotel is not strictly in downtown Puebla but a short drive away. The hotel is simply beautiful, squeaky clean, service superb and rather cheap! The room was very spacious and had a small terrace where you can even have breakfast. Food was authentic and very fresh.
I found a very good rate through the IHG site and it was...
