Just got back from a week in Puebla at CasaReyna. I was traveling there for a conference and talked to many who were staying in other local hotels, so was able to make comparisons. My friend and I got a large room with two queen-sized beds and a huge bathroom. Everything at Casa Reyna is super clean, modern and beautiful.... More

Beautiful property with great service! Ideal for a short family trip. There is a mall (very tastefully done) right across the street with a play ground for kids and a little plaza with a coffee shop for the adults:) Walk to the Zocalo is about 5-10 minutes. All the major sites are in walking distance. The hotel is an oasis... More

I spent 4 nights at the hotel in early April during Semana Santa. I loved the food, architecture, the tiles, the art of Puebla. I really enjoyed Casa Reyna. My room was large and well-decorated with their wonderful talavera and ceramic pieces. I liked the store on the premises but opted to visit their huge museum and showroom which was... More

I've been traveling to Puebla almost once a year during the last 5 years but in my last trip I stayed at CASAREYNA and my experience was unforgetable. The staff is so kind, the food at the restaurant I think is the best in Puebla. The room where I slept was very confortable and I rested as I never did... More

We travelled South of Mexico City with our friends who are local to the Morelos area. Our friends suggested the Hotel based on their past experiences. Having travelled through the US professionally for years I have seen quite a few of the 'finer' mainstream top hotels. The Casareyna hotel is definitely on par with all of them, with two differences... More

I hate to give such a mediocre rating to such a beautiful hotel. There is so much to love... but problems to be worked out. The hotel rooms and the associated space are wonderful. It is traditional with modern flair, simply perfect. However, a couple of things to watch out for. DON'T EAT DINNER AT THE RESTAURANT. We kept going... More

I dont typically stay at small boutiques but I couldnt resist this hotel. I enjoyed the immaculate, simple, and well tended common areas, inclusive of the local artistic styles. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had a view of the courtyard and could open the windows and enjoy the breeze. The restaurant looked good and people were... More
