This might well be the finest hotel in Puebla. The rooms are large and beautiful Many members of the staff speak English well. All of them are friendly and professional. The hotel is located about a ten minute walk from the Zocalo. Highly recommended.

Our room was large and lovely. At night it could get a little noisy if you were close to the restaurant. It might be a longer walk than some folks would like from the Zocolo but not for us. Nice mall next door and a couple of cute eating places close by. I did think the breakfast could have offered... More

Very nice boutique hotel. It was a great experience and I felt ho,e. The staff are amazing , always smiling and proactive. I was there with my girlfriend one 2 weeks ago. We tried the restaurant and the bar, the service and the food were amazing.. The reception staff were very welcoming and assist us in everything from hotel information... More

This is a 10 room hotel. The place is great in a Mexican minimalist kind of way. No pool and the room service is provided by the adjacent restaurant, which is absolutely superb. Staff is amazing. The hotel is located waking distance to a small mall and to Puebla's old convention center. The historical district is also just crossing the... More

We decided at the very last minute to have our Christmas in Puebla. It is 20 min near to Angelopolis, which is one of the most beautiful malls in the zone and you have downtown after a 15 min walk. We booked through Booking.com and the price was cheaper than booking directly with the hotel. Ours was a Junior Suite.... More

My room was spacious, comfortable well appointed with intersting furniture and rugs and clean. The bathroom counter and the shower are both very large. The sink, made of Talaera stye cermaics is verya attractive. The restuarant is excellent. the location is very good - only a ten minute or so walk to the zocalo (plaza mayor.) The staff members are... More

Based on tripadvisor reviews, I had high expectations for Casareyna. The hotel was decent but not a fabulous 5. Pros: good location, fine restaurant, comfy bed, and all around clean. Cons: (1) Noise level can be a real problem. My first night I was assigned to a room overlooking the restaurant. The happy guests might just as well have been... More

From the moment we arrived and immediately greeted and assisted by the valet parking driver - to the warm greetings at the Front Desk, this hotel far exceeded our highest expectations! The mini-reception area with a refrigerator in our extra large room, the kingsize bed, the humungous bathrooms which were fitted with some beautiful, local artist-designed sink accessories, we got... Really nice spacious rooms, clean modern design with a historical touch. Excellent location and wonderful restaurant. The only thing that I would work on is how sound travels through the hallways, especially at night, if anyone is outside talking the noise travels right into the room. Wasn't a problem our first night but the second night a large group was... More

This is the first time that I am hesitant to write a review for a place that I’ve stayed at because I’m worried that after people read it, this gem of a hotel will become so popular I will have problems booking reservations at it in the future. You know, like a favorate secret restaurant that you’ve been going to... More
