This hotel is ideally located in the city center ans staff is quite pleasant. However, the rooms are small and do not boast a wide window. Wifi signal does reach only the common areas. The breakfast is really bad, with margarine, fake OJ, foul coffee, in a crammed room with no windows. more

I am currently writing this from the lobby of the hotel. After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, I was looking forward to our stay at this hotel. As stated in other reviews, the staff is very courteous and helpful. They even helped us make reservations at a local restaurant. The hotel is centrally located to the historical center of... more

Our room was nice and comfortable. We had a good view of La Bufa from our veranda. We did hear all the street noise though. The breakfast was cooked to order and good. The staff was friendly. We walked everywhere from there without any problems. more

The facilities of this hotel are nice, the fachade looks very colonial and cozy. My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights, the first thing that disappointed us was that the hotel has no parking lot for its guests. We had to figure it out to find a parking lot located two blocks away from there. Then we found... more

I stayed at this hotel for one night. We paid 750 Mexican pesos for a 2 matrimonial beds room. We asked for a room on the back of the hotel to avoid the noise of the street, visited it and accepted the one that was presented to us. We had a very bad night. There was young people talking and... more

i have stayed at casa lucia twice in 2007 both stays were excellent. request a room in front with balcony, you wont regret it....when you are tired of the action you can close the shutters and hardly hear a thing except for the most loudest car stereo or banda tunes. it could have stood a renovation and could have been... more

Hotel Santa Lucia is a great find. The terrace view is BEAUTIFUL! We did have a glitch in the reservation, we had asked for a room with a balcony (not a terrace) and there were none available at checkin. We had to stay one night in one of the inside rooms...it was disappointing because it was nothing like the pics... more

We arrived at the Hotel Santa Lucia after a long car drive, and the moment the staff realized we had arrived, they arranged a place to park for us (a tough job at 5:00 p.m. in Zacatecas!) and helped us with our considerable baggage, including surfboards. Our room was on the main street side of the hotel with a balcony... more

I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance with credit card and all and when I got there they told me that they had no vacancy and that they had given my room to somebody else because I was supposed to be there by noon and had gotten there at five. I was very disappointed because I was celebrating my... more

I brought a group of people from the San Francisco Bay Area to visit Zacatecas last July. While this had not been my first time to Zacatecas it was my first staying at this hotel as was for those I brought along. Hotel Casa Sant Lucia sits in a very old building in downtown Zacatecas and right accross the State... more
