An excellent price/quality ratio. Including parking and a full american breakfast, this is very good value. The room (201) was spacious and had all the amenities required. We had a problem with the TV but that was fixed really quickly. There was plenty of hot water. The situation is excellent although a little far from the Zocalo. Around the hotel,... More

My partner & I stayed here for a visit to Zacatecas. Rate seemed reasonable. Hotel looked nice when we arrived, welcomed by the front desk, looked promising. Once we got to the room, things started to change. Awful hard bed, dirty linens with hair and stains. A/C did not work, bathroom was old & needed updating. Furniture was falling apart.... More

They really have no internet, even kicked my smart phone off repeatedly. The shower backed up when using it. The elevator broke and we were on the 3rd floor and the doors did not open on reception floor on to occasions, I thought we were stuck! It is on a nice location for walking in the historic district and the... More

I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this hotel. Very reasonably priced rooms at 584 Mexican pesos, or 47 dollars. Spacious rooms. Convenient location and helpful staff. There is a dull commercial gallery in the ground floor, but it doesn't bother. It is located next to a schoold and depending on the room you are assigned, you might be woken... More

The ctiy of Zacatecas was very beautiful. This hotel was the worst part of my stay. We had to stay the full 9 days because they were having a huge festival and all of the other hotels were booked. Four days out of the 9 it rained and our ceiling would leak. We informed the staff and nothing was ever... More

Zacatecas was great. El Meson was terrible. The staff is sloppy in their customer care. (They forgot the toilet paper one day, and towels the next!) Desinterested and unacommodating. The room we stayed in was somewhat in disrepair. To top it all we were staying in the top floor (5 flights) and the only elevator was out of service for... More

Stayed here with two friends over New Year's for four days. The hotel is not luxiourious as some hotels in Zacatecas are (Quinta Real or Emporio), but our room was very spacious (a triple with three double beds, one in a separate but open room with no door), the bathroom was clean with a HUGE shower, and there was a... My wife and I have stayed here twice before and plan to stay there when we pass thrrough Zacatecas next week. A couple of blocks from the Zona Central, a half a block from a beautiful plaza (Cana Lilies in Early January) and restaurants on the same block. Underground parking, an elevator, indoor waterfall, budgy birds outside each room and... More
