Hotel is very nice. if you have a lot of luggage, get some help to haul it up the stairs. it's worth paying the taxi driver a little extra. lol. The rooms were very cozy, the ac worked fine. plenty of space to walk around. The bathroom was very nice, had all the amenities I needed. Blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner,... More

I stayed one night at this hotel while visiting Zacatecas for the first time. It is walking distance to most sites. THis is a family own restaurant. We were greeted by a nice older lady. She was very friendly. She called restaurants for us to see if they had availability, gave us directions to locations. We booked a double bed... More

We went to Zacatecas and spent a couple of nights at the hotel. Extremely friendly people, both day and night. Everybody willing to help. One of what I would call a warm hotel. Location is the best. In the heart of the city. The first night on friday was awesome. We all slept like a baby. The second night was... More

Not surprising that the Hotel Terrasse is so highly ranked, and is a favorite of travelers to Zacatecas. It has an excellent location in the central historic district of the city within walking distance of most all of the attractions. It is also well kept, clean, and moderately priced. We spent four nights here in the middle of January and... More

Super nice and friendly crew. Very close to the historical district; you don't need a taxi to go to the main sights. Is very quiet and has a couple of terraces with a nice view where you can just chill. They offer a good breakfast. The price is fair.

The location is excellent, just a few blocks away from the Zacatecas downtown attractions and it has comfortable rooms but i wouldn´t say it´s the number one hotel in Zacatecas. Long stairways without an elevator, breakfast is very simple, the rooms have air conditioner but only cold air were available (we were freezing at night), parking is not in the... More

This is a very nice small hotel in the centers historical district. We were only here for one night but we certainly enjoyed our stay. The owner and her staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had difficulty getting to the hotel since we drove into the city ..but with one phone call and help from a staff member... More

We spent four nights at the Hotel Terrasse. The hotel is a good value, and I enjoyed the stay. The room was very modern, with a comfortable bed. Toilet facilities were adequate, and there was plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly. Wifi was included, the signal was strong and the speed was fast. The hotel has two terraces,... More

I stayed in this hotel for one night. It's located prefectly in Zacatecas old city, walking distance to all the attractions. The hotel is clean and friendly. The staff are very helpful and customer oriented. Pro: 1. Clean and triditional decorated. 2. Walking distance to attractions. 3. Staff are very friendly and trying to meet all special requirements. Stayed here two nights and it was wonderful. The location is outstanding since it is within walking distance of all the sights (central Zacatecas is fairly compact, but beware of the slight hills with the altitude!). There aren't that many rooms but they were quiet, clean, good size, and very updated. My room had a flat screen TV, free Wifi... More
