I chose the Suites San Miguel solely for their aircon/heaters because I need a heated room in the winter (even the Virrey de Mendoza doesn't have heat). Something is amiss. As with earlier reviews, we are the only ones in the hotel. We are in room 501, and in general, it is a nice well apointed room.
