People say Morelia is a European-style city plopped down in the middle of Mexico (as if that were a bad thing!). I'm a Budget Traveler and don't expect a lot besides the basics. For my 400 pesos I felt like I'd gone up several stars in one leap. This is the best place to stay in Morelia. The husband - an architect - has restored his childhood home with simple elegance. He and his wife own and run the B&B. They are sweet, and so welcoming.
