I decided to stay at Holiday Inn because I had an event there. I don't regret at all because they have a great service. What I really appreciate is the kindness of people. Everyone made me felt welcome!! The room was clean, big and comfortable. The WiFi was ok.

I went for business trip on July 2014, the hotel staff is very friendly, they will get you a cab really fast, the room is nice, 2 comfortable beds, cable tv, A/C, hot water, bottled water everyday without charging extra, bathroom ammenities, safe. My A/C was having this terrible sound, like a Diesel Engine, they fixed it the next day,... More

I live in hotels. From Motel 6 to Peninsula. I enjoyed 6 days at the Holiday Inn Morelia. The building may be aged but the room furnishings are new with central HVAC, flat panel TVs, wireless internet and beautiful pool/lawn areas. The beds are very comfortable, showers have excellent water pressure and rooms have very good illumination and sound proofing.... More

Stayed there for just one night. The hotel is very old, which you will notice right upon arrival. Service is just fatal, no one is willing to help with your needs which is particularily important when traveling with the family. Bathroom and room in general is outdated and dirty the pool, elevators and general facilities show the pace of time... More

Although the exterior looks modern the lobby area has a local colonial style look. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had the usual amenities but I did notice the walls were bare without photos or paintings of the local surroundings. Otherwise no complaints. The food at the buffet was quite good.

We had to overnight in Morelia before flying out of their airport first thing the next morning. It has a lovely lobby and bar and was located across the road from a fabulous mall. Walking to our room from the reception desk was like going into a cave, but the rooms were clean and looked OK. I would stay there... More

This is a very nice hotel. I stayed there about 7 times. They have live Latin Jazz in the lobby bar. Everything is first class. You won't be disappointed. It is situated below a large hill with many beautiful houses. Accross the street is a nice and very modern shopping center. They breakfast buffet is one of the best in... More
