We have always been treated very nicely and found all the staff warm and friendly, even when we say "NO" to timeshare presentations, which we do because we already own and do not want to buy more. We rented a 2 bd/3 bath unit for our family of 5 directly from a timeshare owner over the New Years Week. We vacationed at Club Regina, most recently, in June of '08.
