We are quite disappointed with this location for a number of reasons. First-off we believe the resort should be posting on their webste the issues that are happening here. Our family of 4 stayed there from jan13-20 2015. My 2 girls ages 3&7yrs old. This hotel is clean & the staff is awesome.
