“Great staff, food, and experience!”

Wonderful staff, very clean, and great food! Take the bus to Cabo for $2.30 each way. Walking distance to many different places. Very safe. Maid service was great. We had plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and lotions. Surprised that these items were provided. We enjoyed our experience very much! Highly recommend!!!

“no respect for all the guests”

I have been the this hotel when it was the El Presidente before Holiday Inn took over. The landscaping has always been nice but the facilities in general are getting worn and not keep as spotless as before. Lawn chairs are covered in Bird poop.
