This hotel was wonderful. It was beautiful, new, clean, well kept, and had very friendly and efficient staff. If a care-free all inclusive vacation is what you are looking for, this is the place to be. Don't expect to see the real Mexico here though. The RIU Santa Fe is the best hotel to stay with a family. The pools are awesome and food is free. The entertainment crew is the best. They have stuff going on all day at the pool. The grounds and pools are beautiful all else is below average. The quality of food is fair, putting banners and jerseys on a wall does not make a large room a sports bar.
