We arrived late (and during a Hurricane!) Staff were laying towels out as we got off the bus so we wouldn't slip. Quickly got our keys and rooms and we were sent out in the darkness to find our own rooms. We did have to change rooms, as we were assigned to a fourth floor walk up with one bed... More

Came during Christmas/New years time. I would not recommend staying here for two main reasons. Number one is you don't need an all inclusive in Cabo. The main Pier area is so well developed with hotels and restaurants that are reasonably priced even for the finer restaurants you don't need to pay for an all inclusive to enjoy dining in... More

Great place. I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is very clean, food was good. Specially the restaurant that need reservation. Close to the beach. Great atmosphere. The staff in the restaurant was kinda dry But the entertainment team was really fun to watch and interact with. Drinks were great. I was surprised they had brand liquor. XX, Bacardi... More

We arrived sat Sept. 6th and asked for building 7 and was lucky enough to get it and we had the greatest time and met the most wonderful people! Everyone that works at the hotel is just so nice and helpful! Our room was always clean! My husband said the bed was hard and he didn't like that but overall... More

This was our second visit to the Riu Santa Fe, the first time being about 5 years ago. Overall, this is a very nice resort hotel, with a lot of things to like. There are a lot of pluses, and a few minuses. For the reader's reference, we have stayed at quite a few all-inclusive resorts in various places in... More

I can only say great things, The food, rooms and staff were outstanding! Sonia the director was a true pro. She took care of every need and managed her hotel like it should be done everywhere. If you are thinking about Cabo please give the Riu a strong thought!!!!!

I honestly felt like I was on a cruise ship the whole time. The food is similar as well as the service and the clientele. If you like to party, this is your place! We don't, so it was kinda annoying, but it wasn't unbearable. At the pool there is always loud (but good) music and young drunk people, and... More

We travelled for the first time just the two of us, and could not have enjoyed our stay more. The staff is what made our stay above all else-- everyone offers a friendly "Hola!" whenever they see you, workers are up at 8AM cleaning and pruning the resort to perfection, and the servers constantly demonstrate genuine work ethic (plus they... I have stayed at a few other all-inclusive hotels but was very impressed by the Riu, its staff, food and rooms. Plan to stay at some of their other facilities in the future as I was so impressed. Also joined the Riu club for future points for staying.
