Staff works very hard to keep the gounds in great shape. Rooms are mostly basic, just a normal hotel room with a small sitting area. Food was pretty good but after a few days it does seem bland. We stayed at the Riu Palace with our 7 adult kids - lovely hotel, wonderful staff - especially Mercedes in the buffet dining room. This property is wonderful. My daughter got married there and we spent a week there. The property was the cleanest place I have ever been. They staff was constantly cleaning, sweeping and mopping. DO NOT STAY HERE. It's that simple. Yes the all inclusive package sounds appealing, the hotel building looks stunning and the pools idyllic but that's as far as it goes!!!
