Just returned from this resort. Highly recommend it for a RELAXING vacation/getaway. This is not a party atmosphere. The pools are very nice and the service was quick and professional with one exception (one waiter by one pool requested his tip in cash so he did not have to share it with the kitchen). I stayed in two separate rooms at the vacation club attached to the hotel. Both rooms had a terrible roach problem. Management flat out denied the problem until we provided evidence of how infested our rooms were. We actually found them trying to crawl into our suitcases. more
