Just back from our trip 9/25-10/2. We were two couples mid 30's to mid 40's. We had a fantastic time at PBSB! I will say that every single person we came across went out of their way to provide outstanding service. From front desk, maid, cart drivers, lobby enterance, restraunts, bars, pools etc. EVERYONE was awesome! We were very kindly... more

Our first trip to Cabo and so glad we picked Sunset Beach! Our room was truly amazing, a junior suite with a kitchenette, ocean front. We were there for 10 days and still hated to leave! The carts pick you up and take you anywhere in the resort you want to go, I think the most we waited was 2... more

I loved this review! This wonderful guest truly discovered and understands what the essence of Sunset Beach is; it is gratifying to know that what we try to achieve through our daily work is appreciated. For instance, given that the food items served around our pools such as hamburgers, quesadillas, nachos, etc. are the most popular items in the hotel...

Don't listen to anyone complaining about the golf carts!! They were prompt, friendly, drove carefully, and very convenient. We were just one level up from the main pool and two levels down from the lobby so we walked a fair amount rather than take the carts. But to get to and from the Sky Pool you'll want to take the... more

We really really LOVED our trip to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. My Mom bought last year at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay in Mazatlan and we traded weeks and went to Cabo this year. We could not get a Executive Suite that she has, so they gave us two Junior Suites. It actually worked out really well. My Mom and her... more

I have never actually written a review before, although I do find them useful. In this case, I thought it important to let everyone understand that Canadians may be treated as second class citizens at this resort. Like most North american residents, I am extremely proud of my heritage and country. I thought that also transcribed as being reciprocal between... more

Of course, especially in these difficult times, we welcome all currencies including Canadian, Australian, Hong Kong, Singapore, Barbados and any other type of dollars, when channeled through the appropriate bank into Mexican pesos. In this instance a valued, albeit unqualified guest was denied the opportunity to attend our sales presentation and receive cash and gifts. Reasons for being unqualified can...

Two of my sisters, my brother-in-law, and I stayed at PBSB on September 10-17, 2009. My sisters own a timeshare there (one week every other year), but when we tried to book a room directly through PBSB, we were told there was no availability. So, we had to “deposit” the week into RCI and rent the week through RCI, which... more

We stayed at this resort with our best friends the week of September 1-8, 2009. We reserved it using an RCI exchange vacation. From the moment we entered the lobby, we felt like we were in for a real treat. The art work and accessories are gorgeous. The front desk was very efficient, and the personnal were more than accommodating... more

I stayed in the Monte Cristo villas on the hillside above Pueblo but passed through Pueblo Sunset. It was SOOOOO nice, I had to write this note. Everything was great from the staff to the food to the pools to the spa, not to mention the little market store that sold everything from chewing gum to fine champagne (and of... more

Review of Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Airport to Hotel: The heat and humidity hit us as soon as we stepped down the stairs at the Airport (it is a tiny airport). My husband had arranged transportation with a cab company for $80, and the gentleman was waiting for us right outside. There is an actual room just for timeshare salespeople... more

The writer is clearly entitled to her opinion about the food quality at Sunset Beach, though it’s hard to swallow given the stacks of overwhelmingly positive comment cards that cross my desk every day, especially about LaFrida Restaurant. But her recollection of menu prices might be a little fuzzy. For example the standard Pueblo Bonito Kid’s Menu features 18 different...
