Although we had booked a 1-bedroom, 2-bath executive suite, upon checking in we were upgraded to a super-executive suite -- which has basically the same floorplan, except for an EXPANSIVE terrace equipped with its own jacuzzi. Horrible service. Had items stolen from suite. "Security" wasnt helpful and was rude. Staff had bad attitude and was not helpful in the process to come in to the resort or to get out. WOULD NOT come back here. more

I booked my stay more than 6 months ago and pre-paid in full. Since then, prices have dropped greatly. The hotel refuses to give an upgrade for the difference or make any concessions.
