Went to Riu Sante Fe in Cabo from March 23 to April 6 for a wonderful vacation to relax and soak it all in. At the airport we walked straight through the gamat of timeshare sharks and looked for Sunquest guy holding a board. Very smooth process as we were giving our wrists bands, were brought to a air-conditioned coach... more

good hotel, maybe not to have a long holiday, but we travel all around baja california, so this is a perfect hotel for us: clean (enough!), comfortable, not fantastic breakfast, wireless (very important for me, for my work). good solutions! more

After having read a dozen reviews and then going through a range of emotions my wife booked this all inclusive trip for us. And then we kept checking the reviews over and over until we were noxious. Here goes! We got the whole package, all taxes in for two out of Vancouver, BC for $2400cdn. The bottom line is the... more

We made reservations for two rooms three months in advance, and called about 20 times to confirm. When we showed up in Cabo, they wouldn't honor the reservations. We ended up getting a two bedroom condo at Marina Sol, much better place, $100 more for the week than two rooms at Hotel Santa Fe. more

This hotel was probably really nice in it's heyday. It's still a fine place and has all the amenities and it's cute too, though a little rundown (for example the towels are so worn there are holes in them). The pool is great, there is a little store and a laundry service as well. The location is perfect if you... more

Hotel Santa Fe was the perfect hotel for my wife and me, but it is definitely not for every traveler. Don't stay here if you are looking for the super touristy, beach front, 5 star experience. Stay here if you want a quiet, out-of-the-way location with friendly service and cleanliness. Most of the other guest were Mexicans, and the staff... more

We booked our week at Santa Fe because we were uneasy about not having a plan B should we get there without a hotel reservation. Upon arriving their we discovered that not only did our room share an open doorway with the neighboring suite without a lock but we were in a slumb and our rock hard be boardered the... more
