My husband and I would highly recommend staying at the Terrasol. We rented through VRBO.com unit 236 and it was perfect. There were no hassles and the owners (Craig and Lori) had perfect advice. When we arrived there was laundry in the washer, one bedroom with no working air conditioning and two rooms with air conditioners with little or no freon.
