We booked through Expedia and got a standard room for $50.00 a night. I read all the reviews and was a bit hesitant. Our flight was half full, I guess the swine flu the media hyped up had something to do with that. We got to the hotel and asked to upgrade to a marina view, they didn't haggle at... more

This is a great hotel for the price. The renovated rooms are clean, spacious, and modern. If you are young, or the the type of people who don't want to sit around your resort everyday of your trip, this is the place to stay. Right downtown, a short walk to the clubs and markets, right on the marina front, with... more

Went to Mexico for the first time, booked guaranteed marina view with balcony which was the most expensive option on hotels.com. What we got when we arrived was the concierge laughing at how much we had spent on the room and giving us a sliver of a marina view and a horrible view of a resturant/dusty parking lot. At one... more

This hotel is definitely designed for people looking for a cheap vacation and nothing more. The location is great and the staff members are nice. The food was not very good, not much selection and we were told there were two restaurants open for all inclusive and there was actually only one. The buffet was available for breakfast and lunch... more

After an exhausting trip and fighting the million timeshare hawkers at the airport, we were ready to get settled in to our room. I cannot say enough bad things about the cold nature and lack of customer service with the front desk staff. VERY, VERY rude man checked us in - with no name tag. I read all of the... more

Booked a junior suite, got a very small bedroom upon check-in. Complained and after two days they changed us to a room with a King bed but still not the room we had paid for via internet. After calling a customer service representative for the booking agent we were given the appropriate room. But were forced to do a all... more

1.We reserved a 1 bedroom that clearly stated wet bar/partial kitchen, all inclusive $70 a person per day. We have a 1 bedroom and after multiple calls to the desk we received a microwave, coffee pot, and all the utencils. Still it does NOT have a wet bar and partial kitchen. 2. Multiple issues with using our credit card being... more

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to accomidate, I was invited along with a group of 30 or so, and thought the service was excellent. I ate at the buffet for breakfast every morning. They cook fresh eggs, pancakes and more. exotic flavors, some you will like, and some you wont. Cabo is under construction!! ( for... more

I read mixed reviews regarding this property and was a bit nervous. We were transported to the hotel via cabosrans, which made our hotel the last stop on the shuttle. While the other properties were beautiful, the locations where in the middle of nowhere. Surprising enough, when we arrived at our hotel, it was just as nice! The staff was... more

Location is PERFECT. You are walking distance to EVERYTHING and you save so much money on cabs. The hotel is a great value and it is PERFECT FOR SPRING BREAKERS AND SINGLES ONLY! The entire place is filled with college students and that's it! It's a great social scene! Absolutely will stay there again. more
